Every kid dreams about big adventures. But at some point the dreams die down. We seemingly settle…become stagnant. We accept “the real world.” But we were created for more. We are children of God. We were created for an extraordinary life…a life like Jesus. We were created for an earth-shaking life. FULL of compassion and overflowing with God’s abundant love. Just as Jesus came to live among us – directly involving himself with the world’s brokenness – so must we. He cared for the broken, the sick, the poor – and so can we. Jesus got messy – emotionally, physically, relationally, socially – and so should we. Are we willing to dream again? Are we willing to trust God with our dreams?
Today we were asked three heavy questions.

- What is your God-given dream for Discover Community Church?
- What is your God-given dream for the advancement of the kingdom of God here in Maricopa?
Pastor Kevin challenged us today to continue to dream and look forward in our own lives, as well as Discover Community Church and our community. Knowing that all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. God is good all the time. And all the time God is good.
